All products have a 6 - month warranty from the issuance of the invoice.
If you receive the product and choose to cancel your purchase, will be able to return the product and consequently choose a new product among those offered by the company, as long as it is within the deadline provided for in article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
You should contact our Call Center at the telephone + 55 11-2594-6762 or by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than 07 (seven) consecutive days after you have received the product. After this deadline, any request or complaint will be disregarded immediately by the company.
A product can only be returned in its original packaging (without any damage) with all the accessories and its manual. If any irregularity is found, the company will be exempt from accept the return and will resend the product to you, without prior consultation.
After we confirm that you have received the product and that a return is necessary, you will be able to choose another product offered by the company and will have a proportionate reduction of the price in the acquisition of another product.
The company does not reverse the amounts paid.
